Awesome concert, awesome performance, but...
The concert itself and Sir Blake Shelton's performance were so good that it seems just wrong to give the overall experience less than 5 stars. The only thing that keeps this as a 5 star overall is that.
Many of the on-site amenities are incomplete; for example, while the venue is impressive, it is clear that it was opened too soon. Thankfully there was a nice restaurant about 2 blocks away. But there are signs all over the venue for restaurants, and none will be open until 2026.
We used Ticketmaster to purchase pre-paid parking in one of the venue's parking garages. Dramatically overpriced, and nowhere in the booking process did it say that parking would only be available after 5:30pm. We wasted another 30 minutes and a bunch of gas trying to find somewhere to park for 3 hours. We drove into the city earlier in the afternoon thinking we could park and explore the area around the venue, get something to eat, and have a generally relaxing afternoon before the concert only to find that the parking structure isn't even correctly identified on the building (we wasted 30 minutes on that) and that once we got to the structure we were told that event parking wasn't until 5:30pm and that we'd have to go elsewhere until then. And then we had to pay for that too (also at San Francisco's stupidly expensive rates).
At some point during booking, if we were told that there was a start time for parking, we could have planned appropriately. Instead, that turned into a frustrating and expensive afternoon. Thankfully, Blake's performance more than made up for the earlier experience, but please - if you are going to sell parking, tell your customers ALL of the relevant details!
